In the Japanese art of kintsugi, broken pottery is mended with gold, making the fractures beautiful and the piece stronger. Moving through grief can show us that same truth: that our broken places, when tended with love, become sources of wisdom and strength.

I’m a guide who walks alongside people navigating the tender territories I know intimately: grief, loss, emotional overwhelm, and feelings of being deeply stuck. Through Sacred Fractures, I share the tools and practices that have carried me through my own darkest seasons. I believe that our wounds, those places where we feel broken or tender, are actually sacred doorways to deeper understanding of oneself.

My work combines practical tools with spiritual practices, helping you lean into your intuition, nourish your whole being, regulate your nervous system and cultivate the self-love and compassion you deserve.

This isn’t life coaching. I won’t tell you what to do with your business or help you map out your five-year plan. Instead, I offer something different: personalized sessions where I hold space, guide you through different modalities and help you to trust your own inner compass.

Whether you’re dealing with grief, major life transitions, or simply feeling called to tend to old wounds, I’m here to work with you with understanding, warmth, and support.

With Love,

Scarlett
